Oriflame’s Global Operations division is responsible for the integration of key business activities across our end-to-end Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Sustainability, and Business Development functions. We are responsible for supporting sales activities with an efficient supply chain, relevant business information and continuous improvements activities. We are also proud to coordinate Oriflame’s long term vision to become a fully sustainable company.
Oriflame Global Operations key activities:
Sustainability – coordinating the work to take Oriflame closer to its vision of becoming a fully sustainable company
Customer Experience – responsible for making the Oriflame experience as easy and friendly as possible – always with a customer focus.
Procurement - responsible for maintaining our supplier base, commercial negotiations and controlling direct and in-direct company spend.
Manufacturing – running our six internal factories as the principal Supplier to Oriflame in emulsions, liquids, foundations, mascaras, lipsticks, toiletries and fragrances.
Planning & Logistics – sourcing 600M products annually from our suppliers and distributing them to our 60 markets around the world, ensuring World Class Service through agile and responsive delivery of products.
Quality Management – managing and controlling key procedures within Oriflame to ensure our products meet the high quality expected by our consumers.
Business Development – driving the Strategy process at Oriflame to increase our ability to predict future market developments, identify trends to evaluate our options, as well as lead internal strategic cross-departmental projects.
